Service Description
For clients who’ve completed at least three regular sessions (or signed up for a session package), our subscription service unlocks real-time access to your coach via text or phone. Perfect for those facing a tough relationship hurdle or a demanding life event, this offers moment-by-moment support when you need it most. No delays, no waiting—just direct, personal guidance to help you navigate challenges with confidence and clarity, right as they unfold. (This is a monthly subscription service. Current pricing is based on 3 to 5 client-to-coach interactions a week. Pricing may evolve at the coaches discretion, or to better match the clients unique needs.)
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: Sessions and workshops need advance booking via our website or direct contact. Pay in full at booking. Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to reschedule without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee. Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). Clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled session or credit. Workshops: Refunds for workshops are not available within 7 days of the event unless canceled by us, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued.
